A private air-conditioned vehicle on both mornings, a private guide, customs assistance, parking, entrance to the parks and lunch. The listing names a $2 per passenger eco-tourism fee separately rather than absorbing it, and states that travellers from the United States, Canada and Australia need a Brazilian e-visa.

The ticket is valid two days from first activation, so the pair of mornings does not have to be consecutive in principle - though in practice the operator schedules them back to back.

The review record is the strongest of the two-day listings here: 4.9 from 96 bookings, with the platform noting that 94% of English-speaking travellers gave the activity a perfect score. What reviewers name is the guiding and the organisation across both mornings rather than the falls, which is what you would expect from a listing whose product is the arrangement rather than the view.

The case for the second day

Nothing about a boat here is guaranteed. Extraordinary floods suspend the run; so does extraordinary low water, which stopped the Argentine boats during the dry spell of March 2026. On a single-day itinerary a cancelled boat means a refunded boat portion and no second chance.

Two mornings also lets you take the parks at the hour they are worth taking: the Brazilian trail before the coaches, the Argentine circuits before mid-morning. That is not available on a ten-hour crossing where the border sits in the middle of the day.

The discounts the parks themselves offer

Argentina sells a second consecutive day at a reduced rate on the same ticket; Brazil discounts its two- and three-day passport by up to 40 per cent, tied to your name and photo ID and not transferable. Both concessionaires, in other words, price a second day as the cheap one - which is a useful sanity check on any operator selling a two-day tour at double the one-day price.

On this listing the entries are included, so the discount is the operator's to capture rather than yours. What you should compare is the total against the one-day private crossing plus two sets of gate tickets.

Where the boat fits

The boat is optional and most two-day itineraries put it on the Brazilian morning, because Macuco Safari leaves every 20 minutes and needs no timed slot. If you want the longer Argentine run instead, Gran Aventura is AR$100,000 at the counter with fixed departures and a minimum age of 12.

Either way it is bought on the day, so a forecast that looks bad on the first morning can move it to the second.

The Brazilian day

The Cataratas trail is about 1.5 km of walkway looking straight at the Argentine falls, ending on the platform below the Garganta do Diabo - open, and this season the only close view of it, because the Argentine catwalk opposite has been closed since 3 August 2026. Add Macuco Safari and the day is full by early afternoon.

What is left over on that side: the bird park outside the gate and Itaipu, neither of which is in this listing.

The Argentine day

Upper Circuit, Lower Circuit and the Ecological Train, all inside the park ticket. The Lower Circuit is the one that puts you level with the water; the Upper gives the tops of the falls with less spray. The Devil's Throat circuit, which would normally close the day, is out of service.

That closure is why two days is comfortable rather than stretched this season: there is roughly two hours less walking on the Argentine side than the itineraries were written for.
